Funeral services for Judith McCormick Wilkins will be held Monday, October 30, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin. Following services, she will be laid to rest in Perpetual Park Cemetery. Pastor Den Hussey will conduct the services. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until time of service.

Judith was born in Gardiner, ME, was a former longtime resident of Franklin, and has resided in Thibodaux since 2008. She passed away at the age of 73 on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at her home. Judith was an avid gardener and loved working in her yard. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. She will be deeply missed.

Those she leaves to cherish her memory include her son, Glenn Wilkins and his companion Penny Landry; two grandchildren, Judie Zeringue and husband Jonathan, and Matthew Naquin; two great grandchildren, Hunter Mire and Leonard Beebe III; three brothers, Earle McCormick Jr, Richard McCormick, and Stephen McCormick; and one sister, Earlene Frugale.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earle McCormick Sr. and Delema Frazier McCormick; and two sisters, Gloria McCormick and Linda Mason.
