Blanch, I am so sorry to hear of Horace's passing. Know that God is taking good care of him now and there is no suffering. Only joy and happiness to be with God. My love to you and the family. I will call Shirly and Sally to tell them of his passing.

I also wanted to say,the first time my husband took me to his home, he gave Dale and I a tour of his quail egg farm in the back yard, lol, and gave me a taste of his home made wine, which I drop a straw in, and it started the brewing process over again, I thought he would be angry with me, but we all just laughed and drank more wine, I love you, and miss you very much,

We are very sorry that we are not able to attend the funeral. Uncle Horace was special to both of us in many ways and is in our thoughts today. We have great memories of him that we will keep with us always. We will be praying for all of you, Aunt Blanche, David, Dennis and Daryl, as you part with this special person. His suffering has ended...your's has just begun. Love to you all,
Jeffrey and Francine

Although I never had the honor of meeting him I truly wish I would have. For 8 years my children and I have heard countless stories about Horace. I can not tell you the amount of times we have heard, "My PawPaw taught me this" or "My PawPaw used to say."
Horace has always been and will continue to be a constant presence in our home. His stories and lessons will be shared for many years to come.

I am so sorry for the loss of a beautiful man. I remember when we went to visit and he would always welcome everyone. I will keep the family in our prayers. He will be sadly missed but no longer in pain. I love y'all and if y'all need anything please feel free to let me know. I will do my best to help. Love you Aunt Blanche.

There are not enough words or time to describe how I feel about this man. There has never been a more Loving, Caring, Compassionate, and Humble man than Horace. He and Blanche took me into their home and cared for me and I became a part of their family. Horace always said, and continued to remind me through the years of how deep his love was me. He always said I was the " Daughter he never had". I never
