I have never known a finer person than Mr. Guillotte. A true heart of gold and a horseman who cared so much for all his horses he would go to any length necessary help them. I was so blessed to be able to work with him and his horses. I will always remember the good times we had foaling his mares and the delicious Gumbo with potato salad he and Judy would bring me while we were waiting on their babies.

I remember Pummy as genuine, a nice guy. We usually saw each other at class reunions every ten years. He always had a smile and was curious about things. Rest well, zpummy.

I am saddened to hear of the loss of Pummy. I worked extensively with him at Canal Plant from about 1989-1998. He was a beloved co-worker, ready and willing to help whenever it was needed.

My sincerest condolences to all the family.
