Uncle Bill you will be sorely missed by your family and friends! We are all fortunate to have been loved by such a kind and giving man. He was someone who you always knew you could count on in tough times and who would celebrate with you in happy times. I will always remember his steady and unassuming manner and his amazing heart! He was the biological father to one son, and a father figure to many other young men

Sorry to hear of Mr. Bill's passing. He and Ms Marguerite raised 3 outstanding children and were respected by all who knew them. Most of my memories were of when we lived on Hospital Avenue, seeing the work ethic it took to run the best lodging spot in town. I remember him being a man of few words, but with a smile that spoke volumes. May he rest in peace!

Mrs. Marguerite and Family my condolences to you and your family. We always had close ties earlier on from living on Mechanic street. We would go to the grocery store when we were young and Mr. Bill would deliver the groceries in his truck.

As fine a man as a man could be. All of Mr. Bill's kids many friends got to know him and respect him for his kindness, quiet strength and wisdom, and affinity for a good time. He was especially kind to me, a classmate for 18 years with his son, who approaches his father as strong a man, a father, a friend, and a high example of what others aspire to but often fail to be. The angels are fortunate
